Pricing

A clear price, before you pay.

Your price depends on your state and your entity type. You see all of it, our fee and the state’s, before you pay.

Your price

Priced for your state and your company.

You see the full price before you pay: our service fee and the state’s fee, each on its own line. No subscription and no add-ons. If the state rejects a report because of our mistake, we refile at our cost.

What the fee covers

  • Deadline alerts

Alerts on every company you add, 60, 30 and 7 days before each deadline.

  • Preparation and review

We pre-fill from the state record; a filing specialist checks every report.

  • Filing and the state’s receipt

Filed once the state opens its window and you confirm. The receipt is yours to keep.

  • Good standing monitoring

We tell you if a state ever changes your company’s status.

Why prices vary

By state.
Each state sets its own report and its own fee, and can change them.
By entity type.
An LLC and a corporation often file different reports, with different fees.

How our pricing works

Our price for each filing has two parts, and we show both before you pay:

  • State fee. The amount the state charges for the filing, which we pay to the state on your behalf. We never mark up state fees. The amount shown matches the state's published fee schedule.
  • Service fee. Our charge for preparing, submitting and confirming your filing, and for customer support.

We do not add any other fee, including any processing, convenience or "e-file" fee. Prices depend on your state and your type of entity (for example, corporation, LLC, nonprofit or limited partnership). Where a state charges a late fee, we show it only if it actually applies to your entity and filing date.

You can always file directly with your state and pay only the state fee. Our service fee is for the convenience of having us prepare and submit the filing for you.

Questions

What business owners ask us first.

Something else? Write to info@nationalfilingcorporation.com. A filing specialist answers within one business day.

No. National Filing Corporation is a private filing service. We file on your behalf with each state’s Secretary of State. You can always file directly with your state; we exist for owners who would rather not track dates, portals and forms in several states.
